there's nothing wrong with this!
A lot of people suddenly think that you have to play comp if you're playing pokemon past a certain age but I never tire of running through the games normally

I'm making my way through the Black Tower (currently on 8th), but I'm so autistic I refuse to move to the next floor unless I manage to beat every single trainer on the current one. It's not enough that I triumph, everyone else must fail.

I still would have preferred it to be a completely separate Pokemon. Newtwo just looks confusing. Why does he look younger, like a pre-evolution? Why is his tail on his head now? What's up with his new fingers? It would be fine as a stand-alone Pokemon, but It's just not as aesthetically cool as Mewtwo.

I enjoyed Johto for various reasons, and while I enjoy the following Pokemon thing in the remakes its not why I like the region.
Nor is it because there are two regions.

I liked the areas, the lore, the Pokemon- the general feel of the games. You're just as bad as a gen-wunner. I don't say this out of nostalgia either- Unova and Johto are my two favorite regions.

As someone who was around for (a part of the main group of) /vp/ Rocket Corps, I really fucking want that to come back. PokeMMO with others was fucking great. If I could get some of my IRL friends who were also involved to start a Rocket Corps Revival with me I'd totally do it.

I grow more attached to my pokemon through a normal playthrough than when I try to nuzlocke.

The idea that a lucky crit could make me lose any member of my team at any given time keeps me from growing too attached to them, so I end up approaching Nuzlockes from a more logical view, which is the exact opposite of what the challenge is supposed to accomplish.

OP here. I started out with Blue Rescue Team, and I loved it. But if you want to get a good experience out of it, pay attention to the story.
Now, more confessions. I think the order for best region is as follows: 1>3>4>2>5. The reason? Well, Leafgreen was my first game ever, and Ruby was the second. It was a big part of my childhood, and I loved them. I have never played R/B/Y or G/S/C, and I was kind of disappointed by HG/SS. I didn't even bother playing White through. I just borrowed it from my brother, got to the 5. gym or something, and moved on.

I think Maractus is the absolute cutest pokemon ever
