I do mine by,
>Standard rules of catching first Pokemon you see, if you fuck up catching it too bad
>It you run into the a Pokemon you've already caught in a new area, you can try again
>No catching a Pokemon you've already caught ever
>Pokemon that faint are placed in a box named "Heaven" so you can see how bad you've fucked up
>Deceased Pokemon may not be brought back unless you find a full revive out in the world, half revives are illegal as are store bought ones
>Losing an entire team is game over regardless if you have extras in storage
>Legendary Pokemon are fine
