A character charm to dangle from your 3/DS or GB/A while playing.

Emu-using poorfags on PSP and PC are free to join, though it's not the same at all. And the latter will probably crush the charm if you set it down funny.

Oh, and some sweet art prints. Pic related, and got a copy of it myself about a week ago.

Conventions are a great way to FIND them and get horribly ripped off. Also, tourist traps in Asian ethnic enclaves sometimes have them.

When in doubt, try online vendors. EBay has a ton of stuff, and Amazon and some import vendors such as Play-Asia / YesAsia have more reliable if limited stock.

649 + the 10-ish we know about from X and Y. Be warned, if you DO really want to catch 'em all in terms of plushies, the less popular mons tend to not get very much in the way of merch by virtue of no one buying them.

Of course, there's fan-made plushies and figures. (Pic related.) But those will rack up a massive tab REALLY quickly.

It's best to buy Pokecen stuff right away if it's something you really care about, the regret in case it's a huge hit isn't worth waiting for a better deal.
