So I'm kind of obsessed with making sure my Pokemon are legit. Can't stand anything hacked even in the slightest. So I became kind of suspicious when over the GTS I received a this Porygon.

It's level 5, says it was met at level 5, at Route 15. It's in a Luxury Ball.

Is there any way this can be legit, /vp/? Or should I release it and try to find a legit one?
