I say play B/W first. But remember that in B/W you only can find new pokemon until you beat the elite4. So it's a different experience from others in a way.
In B2/W2 you can find pokemons from all regions for the whole game. Do whatever appeal to you more.

It depends. If you are leaning toward version exclusives, you should go with White 2. B2 got the short end of the bargain.

What he means there is that there is a city only available for Black and there is a forest where you can catch pokemon only available for White. But these places available after elite4 so you should not worry that much about it.

OP, Black & Black 2 are the canon versions, so whichever one you choose is fine.
Exclusives don't matter when you can get them in a trades.

both the Whites and Blacks are canon because they both canonically take place in parallel universes. (In BW, you can go to Oppelucid city and do that little parallel universe side-quest-thing and it canonizes both universes).

I may be wrong though, prove it if I am.

Yes. Same if you pick white then you should play white 2. It makes sense storywise.

If you have the time and money, then play both versions, in order. If you wanna only play one of them, then play the second ones, they have more content. But the first games are well worth checking out if you can.
