Is there an up to date collection of Pokemon Special manga (from RBY to B/W and onward) available to read online? Google gives me sections of the manga or manga up to the 102nd chapter which doesn't help me.

HG/SS and B/W are pretty fragmented though, but up through Platinum is fine. Although they tend to draw from both English/Japn versions so you have to deal with a few reading direction and name switches.

Try Mangareader, it has everything fine until Platinum. Mangapark and Mangahere should work too, try those if Mangareader has a shit scan/translation in a particular chapter.

The ending of HG/SS is missing as of yet because the volume that includes both the ending to HG/SS and the beginning of B/W only comes out in July, however there are already mini-volumes from B/W available so the B/W arc has already 20 or so chapters available online while we still don't have a HG/SS ending.
