Mike and his team were still aboard the space station they'd gone up to take down, having just taken out the station commander. The station itself was still operational; it needed to be disabled or destroyed before they could escape. Hal, Mike's Porygon-Z, was currently working on disabling the weapons systems; the longer it took him, the more danger the planet below faced. In the meantime, the rest of the team was scrambling to make it back to a rendezvous spot; the cascading life support failure made this a critical objective. They needed more time, something they didn't really have...

The squad was in bad shape. Half of them were unconscious and the other half were wounded. The only reason they were still moving was the pokemon they had with them that were helping move those that couldn't move on their own.

Still, it was slower going than they would have liked. Things definitely weren't getting better either, or they didn't seem to be. Not with everyone rushing off like this. Hopefully the two they had left behind would be alright and waiting to assist them.

The attempt at the radio made it through for a split second before a jammer went active... teleportation did little better... however with the Emergency systems, and computer damage as it was the doors would be unlocked... but of the security system... As they exited the command area, and the command center itself they would soon make their way back down to the central area where they had fought the giant steel bug... the place just as messed up as they left it as they first entered the transport hall... of course when they were last here the place had several non-combat droids in the area... which were now missing.

I have been to the Lab already, posing as an agent preparing for our dear Sam's visit. I scoped out defensive positions, possible attack points, and so on. There were no Snagem members about, only Peons and Research Scientists.

The only Snagem members we need to worry about are the ones that might accompany Gonzap. If then, they can ONLY snag our pokemon in battle. I had the science team rig us up some specialized containers to keep our pokeballs in while they are not being used. They will not get stolen

Hm Yes. Very Well. As you have been informed, there are two villainous teams in this region. Team Snagem is funded by Cipher, and the two teams' goals are one in the same: To retrieve pokemon and convert them into shadow pokemon.

This is done in two steps: First, Team Snagem uses the Snag Machines, worn by "snaggers" that they invented with heavy investment from Cipher. These machines allow for the stealing of pokemon in-battle. This was to overcome the issue of a region without wild pokemon, such as this one.

Second: The stolen pokemon are transported to the lab here *points to the Cipher Lab on map, labeled 'MAJOR LAB'*. It is here that they are turned into shadow pokemon, by closing the doors to a pokemon's heart. A little extreme, but I am sure Rocket's science team can think up of a less...brutal way, should they choose to proceed with a shadow pokemon program. I see you are scheduled to meet with Gonzap. Nasty character that one, he has a Skarmory the likes I have never seen. His right hand man is unlike the rest of his team, different. Hes the best snagger they got, and he is relentless. Last time I saw him, he stole two Eevees from the Pokemon Lab that is being built to the northwest of Agate Village. He didn't snag them, he just outright took them.

He can be identified by the white stripe on his face, and he wears dark clothes. Unlike the rest of team snagem, which look like balding people, he has white hair and large boots. Watch out for him. He won't bat an eye if you try to battle him.

One more thing: Cipher has been building a large tower in the center of Orre, its purpose unknown. I cannot guarantee safety if you go in there.

This is her. The ol V8

Its force allows the engine block to stay afloat while riding. However, it needs to be towed to start. Otherwise, your front end would be in the dirt and you would be ass-up.

One more thing. Phenac has parking for this, I built it myself. You dont need a tow to get started, it will start ya off just right. Just make sure your girlfriend there doesnt get too excited by the front end rearing up.

You know the multi-tool has the aura reader on it, and it is worn as a headband-like device? You are gonna need to know that if Sam and yourself will be doing all the talking to Chief Ein...

Anyway. Since you two were so eager to speed off before I could give directions, in the center of Orre there is a tower being built. You should be able to see it to the East, South East. In any case, since you sped off in the direction of Mount Battle, I suppose you could always go southeast from there.

But for now, Phenac City is east of the Tower. Be sure not to approach the tower, keep a safe distance. The Cipher lab is in that area, and we dont want to draw attention to ourselves yet. You will know Phenac when you see the water rushing around the city. I will be waiting in the Pokemon Center with Sasha. We will park our scooters next to Wash's parking spot for the bike.
