I've never used an Eeveeloution seriously before. Ever. There was just always something better, I guess.
In RBY, by the time you could get one I usually had Raichu/Lapras/Charizard, so nothing it evolved into did anything for me. In GSC, I could never make mine happy enough to evolve in the amount of time I was willing to invest in an Eevee, a mon I didn't like and was convinced was pleb tier for girls.
Gen 3 brought no differing of opinion, and it seemed Gen 4 would go the same. After playing through both DP I'd completely shrugged off Eevee. Then in Pt I got one before the main story was out, I figured, eh, why not. I trained him a bit and he evolved into glorious Espeon... who... did mediocre on my team. But it wasn't useless, and that was a start!
I just got Black2 and heard you can catch eevee pretty early on. I was thinking about doing an all Eevee run.
So... eevee thread?
