Wouldn't Water/Flying give it type advantage over both of the other starters? Not to mention if one of them ends up being fighting type on top of this...

Although if it is:
Grass/Rock
Fire/Fighting
Water/Flying

This creates a nice circular relationship where everyone is still super effective against one and weak to the other.
