In fact, it's even easier now than before where you needed an Action Replay or whatever. Now you can just go to a handful of websites, plug in some details and the Pokemon is sent to the GTS where you pick it up at.
You could probably sell it to the uneducated masses though. Dunno how much, a bit more than regular MSRP probably.
