I wonder if it scans the Pokemon and makes an appropriate world for each. underwater for fish Pokemon, a beach and ocean for Seel, Krabby, etc, caves for the cave Pokemon, a haunted house for Ghosts.

That'd be creepy as hell. Think about it, some of these creatures would naturally be nocturnal. They would watch you sleep/shit/eat/fuck/masturbating/crying because your sister caught you masturbating with her underwear. Unless you like, covered them with a blanket or something.
