Seriously, it's like one of my favorite games I have an account on Tulunk Village, but it shouldn't be too hard to find
How complete is the patch? I ordered an actual copy of TF1 Speed like a couple years ago (but it takes me forever to play through it since I don't understand Japanese, and I have yet to beat it, not to mention the battery died on me once). I was just tired of wiating for the patch I think and I just decided "fuck it" and got the actual cart.
I tried playing Telefang 2 before, but... again, I don't speak Japanese so I couldn't even get out of the first town (and the patch for TF2 is even less complete, IIRC).
