I didn't have a DS and the last Pokemon game I played was Fire Red. I finally got a 3DS for my birthday from my girlfriend and she got me Pokemon Black, also. I like the new Pokemon in it, but hate how it just holds your hand every step of the way. Does anyone else feel like Black/White does this? I mean, every building you walk into, you just get at least 2 items for nothing. There are items 'hidden' everywhere where you slightly go out of your way from the normal path and boom, 2 or 3 more items. Besides that, I don't give a shit about Bianca or Cherin, but the story line forces me to interact with them in literally every city... twice. (Getting into the new city and leaving.)

I also don't understand the story. I mean, I picked up a lot from reading about the game and I know what happens and pretty much everything that's going on, but if I hadn't, I probably would just be like, "What the fuck is this game talking about?"


Am I the only one that feels this way?
