You have been tasked with the job of creating sequels to the original Hoenn games.

Your main instruction is that the Regi trio (and Regigigas) must play a pivotal role in the gameplay.

What do you do, and how do you weave the bad guy plot into the regular gameplay?

Regigigas tears through your town with a pack of wild regirocks steels and ices after.
The local police force and even the famous prof.oak cant figure out/understand why regigigas is rampaging out of controll making regis all over the damn place.

After the Regis destroy fortree the professors and the devon corp team up to create new portable p.c.'s for easy pokemon storage use.
The professors believe that stopping regigigas will stop the rest of the newly created regis. Ending the possible destruction of the Hoenn region.
Trainers all over the Hoenn reigon are scrambling to stop the regis to protect Hoenn. To add some kind of incentive for thoes who dont care some kind of reward is given to the trainer(s) who stop regigigas.

As you(or you and your partner) travel through destroyed towns with wild pokemon running all over the place. Your looking for leftover items scattered throughout the land.
Since poke marts now have a limited supply of items the price of items are raised pretty high.

You start as a trainer from a small town. Eventually, you find Devon Corp. (Lead by Stephen Stone's father) is attempting to revive Rayquaza in order to control the weather for the purpose of capturing all of the creation trio which would then be used to control the world's economies. Just as they're about to revive it, a statue (Regigas) in sky pillar moves and seals Rayquaza's chamber. The trainer goes around the region stopping (failing to stop actually) Devon from capturing the other Regis (Who are needed to open the seal). Soon enough the trainer heads back to sky pillar to see Stephen (Who is champion again) battling his father to save Rayquaza (Stephen's metagross v his dad's Rayquaza) . Stephen is defeated, so you step in and wreck his team (And Rayquaza).

Post game, you deal with a full secondary story about Aqua/Magma using Kyogre/Groudon to commit shenanigans

Hoenn itself is in distress. Earthquakes have been destroying the land and the sea is restless as gale force winds have created massive tidal waves that has sunken ships and totally destroyed Pacifidlog. The sea itself has risen and Slateport and Mossdeep are being completely taken over by the sea.
You start off as a trainer from Verdanturf, one day a refugee from the Pacifidlog is being chasen by an Exploud, you help him out or some shit and he gives you a pokemon aah i cant be fucking bothered

Well lets start with the concept of the game. Since it's a sequell, we need a new bad group since team magma and team aqua were disbanded.We have to implement new areas first. So we add a swamp between petalbourg forrest and the shore south of mauwille. We add a volcanic area west of the volcano so that there's an area with multiple wild fire pokemon. The area just north of the wather institute is now an icy mountain range. The island with Brawlys gym is now completley accesable so you can see the other side where whirpools create the edge of the map. Sout-east of Mauwille is an area with several islands wich would be used as a pokemon academy. The storry starts at littleroot as usual but this time around littleroot is already a big port-citty. You are on a cruise with your parrents and the ship stops at litlleroot port. There your (rich) parrents are abducted and while being attacked you runn of and runn into prof Birch. The new criminals continue attacking and u use one of the 3 starters to defend your self. You fight them of but they have alredy abdutced your parrents. Journey starts... The main plot is that the new evil team called Terra wants to drag away Hoenn from the other main islands and take over rulership over it. For that they try to find the regis. As you beat only manage to catch Registeel before them you have to watch how they awaken Regigas to their bidding. After they loose controll over it you moove in and defeat it. They are arrested by mr.Looker etc. end of story.
