it wouldn't be half as annoying if PP was done away with. It only serves to make you need to run back to the pokemon center halfway through a cave.

PP has a purpose in multiplayer.

They should allow you to buy ethers and elixirs is what they should do

They could make PP something that regenerates after every battle. That way you can't just keep spamming fire blasts all day long within a battle, but you don't have to worry about going back to the pokemon center (even if you're at full health) just because you're out of moves.

making PP restoring items would be good too

I hate this shit. It's so goddamn dumb how I have to use a weak attack and then use powerful attacks just to make sure the enemy's health doesn't accidentaly land in the "red zone". I wish there were a mode that prevented both you and your opponents from using items in-battle like this.

I started using toxic spikes in important battles for solely this reason. doesn't help against late-game guys who use full restores though.

The way the OHKO move accuracy formula works, if there's a big enough difference in levels between the user and target the move will always hit.

I'm okay with this. It'd be tough but fair.
also, what if item usage only had normal priority? that way if you're faster you can still get the KO in before they restore.

What are you talking about, it has great distribution.

In BW2 challenge mode I used an Embargo Krookodile because pretty much every gym leader's Pokemon has a Sitrus berry.

It's only learned by a handful of pokemon. And fuck you if you have white version, because krookodile and bisharp are the only ones to learn it then. And the TM isn't available until late-game.

Driftveil is late game? If you get it before you fight Clay, you can have Embargo for half the gym leaders, the pokemon league, and most of the plasma bullshit.

The TM can be taught to almost everything.
