Pokemon moves that involve blades or claws can sometimes have an extra chance of inflicting the BLD condition. Examples include Leaf Blade, Slash or Razor Shell.
Pokemon with the BLD status lose 1/16 of their HP every turn, and their Special Attack is lowered similar to BRN's effect on a pokemon's Attack. (blood loss makes it harder to concentrate).
