Not really. It takes a while to set up, and it relies on Stored Power for offensive capabilities, meaning anything that resists it is going to wall him. Also it can't do shit against clam mind users. It's RU for a reason.

What is underwhelming about a Pokemon that has access to Rock Polish, Earthquake, Curse, Stone Edge, all the grass moves, etc.
