I really only care about pokemon on a visual/concept/personality level. It would just be cool to see their firefish or whatever they came up with for this type.

Normal/Ghost, because it's a pretty nifty type combo if you ask me. One weakness in Dark-type, plus 3 immunities. Yes please. Plus, there aren't enough Ghost-types in Pokemon imo.

A Ghost/Steel Dulahaan or otherwise-animate-suit-of-armor would be cool I think.
Rock/Dragon like a Basillisk or a Cockatrice
And we could always use some more neat Fighting Type combos like Ghost/Fighting or Ice/Fighting. Well, I could at least, since I love me some fighting-types. Ice could be some kinda punchy Snowman thing. Ghost could be like a manifestation of Chi or something.

I like that Ghost/Steel Idea, been thinking of a Suit of Armor pokemon ever since I first saw Cofagrigus and Golurk

I also would like a Grass/Ghost I think Lilligant could pull of a Ghost Evolution, like Wilted kind of Flower with those Peircing eyes of hers with a Boost in defenses and speed.

I want diversity but I don't use legendaries. a Fighting/Ghost would be okay too. and Normal/Ghost

Then the Haunted House/Gravetower of 6th Gen can be full of Ghosts instead of having Ghosts and Psychic
