Get a Jellicent.
You won't regret it.

I'd also recommend Mismagius in place of Gengar, it's not as good as Gengar but it has Nasty Plot which lets it destroy everything.
Also get a Sableye.

A rotom form is a pretty good addition, but those aren't technically ghost, and no-form rotom itself ain't too good, and I'd recommend taking him out unless you are bros.

I'd recommend adding golurk or dusknoir for some physical attack power, or Jellicent and Cofagrigus for walling capabilities.

I also love Mismagius, and I'd work her in there just 'cause.
