- Meganium sucked.
- Sceptile was cool, but he was barely BL in Gen 3 while Blaziken and especially Swampert were top tier OU threats
- Torterra was decent, but pretty "meh" all around
- Serperior is a train wreck. Great design, but no fucking movepool to speak of. Damn shame.
So really I think it should benefit from a good typing. Personal opinions though. Sure, water/fighting would be better than water/psychic, but water/psychic isn't bad in the first place, and the water type as a whole doesn't "need" to boost, so to speak.
