dugrio is actually pretty good if you use him right. you can use its Arena Trap ability to lock an electric choice user into place and set up with hone claws. Not to mention it's absurd base speed.

Honestly, I almost used one in my run of Black 2.

Naw it went out of use because uturn on everything and people only have room for one grass type on teams and Venusaur, Ferrothorn, and Celebi take those spots in OU and Roserade and Shaymin take it in UU

I haven't used it this generation (haven't really done Gen 5 battling) but in Gen 4 he was a god-tier mixed attacking wallbreaker in UU. I assume he's only gotten better with sheer force boosting his attack strength and getting recoilless life orb.
