Serious discussion time.
Do you think that maybe..in the pokemon world,there is a way to peacefully "put them to sleep"? Some trainers may not have a use for their pokemon,and don't want to release them in fear of them being too weak against wild pokemon.
Well,I had a dream last night about that- and I came up with a solution.This may seem a bit far fetched to some,but it seemed logical in my dream.
Basically the pokemon center will offer this free service to any trainer who would like to peacefully put down their pokemon.It's a large maze with small holes at the bottom.The holes are filled with a powder that is designed to weaken and wear at the pokemon-but the pokemon will not notice;for at the end of the maze is their trainer.By the end of the maze most pokemon will have passed peacefully,others that survive are deemed strong enough to be released into the surrounding area.
I thought this is maybe a humane way to deal with unwanted pokemon-but maybe that's just me.
