This means:
Azumarill will be weak to Electric, Grass and Poison moves.
Azumarill will be strong against Fire, Water, and ice moves, with a resistance to Dragon moves.
Azumarill will have STAB coverage against Dragon, Dark, Fighting, Ground, Rock and Fire type Pokemon.
