UU just means not many other people are using it. Why would that effect you?

Besides, unless there's a good priority Fairy move, Mamo will still be a GOAT dragon killer.

last I heard, Fairy is weak to poison. I've also heard it's strong against Ice, but neither of these have been officially confirmed, and I have difficulty believing they would actually give Ice ANOTHER weakness.

Ice needs fewer weaknesses and more resistances. It should resist bug and grass, and it should not be weak to rock.

To balance grass out, it should be regularly effective against bug, and maybe could be resistant to fairy and take normal damage from flying.

Then to balance bug back out, make it normal effective against ghost. Bug being .5x effective against ghost doesn't make much sense anyway. Also it would be 2x effective against fairy.

Its not perfect, but it is something, right?

Ice is fine offensively. What it needs for balance is fewer weaknesses or more resistances.

Grass is struggling too, but for the opposite reason. Grass is a very poor offensive type, and needs more offensive strengths. I think it could do with one fewer weakness, though, or another resist.
