Poison is a support type, it doesn't need a damage boost..

but it does because it's most important move, toxic, is distributed to all fucking pokemon

if they didn't give away it's most important status inflicting move to everything then maybe it would retain relevance. they also gave away it's immunity to that move when they made steel immune to poison. they need to make using poison pokemon worthwhile for once.

and also steel up until this reveal has had 12 fucking resistences to poison's 4 and yet is still SE offensively against two types to poison's laughable 1. At this point poison is the poor man's support wall barring a few exceptions. Either the type gets an overhaul like bug and fighting did, or the chart shifts with fairy's introduction, which would be a good opportunity to do so.
