I have always just played Pokemon for enjoyment and nostalgia. I alwyas thought that EV training was dumb and that it ruined the game. I see the error of my ways. EV training isnt dumb, its for trainers who want to maxamise what they get out of their Pokemon. Everyone seems to EV train now, and i seem to lose more and more battles. I ask you good people of /vp/ to help me to understand EV training. I get that natures effect what stat gains you get, and i know that pokerus plus a power item is the most effective way to go, along with vitamins. mostly what i dont understand is IVs, how to find them, what they are, how you get them perfect, and what you guys think is fair for training. if i want perfect ivs should i get them in game myself, or do you use a custom distribution site for your pokes? Also is there anything special i need to keep in mind while ev training? I really appreciate your help /vp/
