I like how people give Blastoise a pass yet attack the newer Pokémon for having inorganic appendages. Case in point,
>>12636503. It's okay for Blastoise to have the cannons because it was your starter when you were a kid but it's not okay for GameFreak to make a Pokémon with patterns resembling real life Pokémon and said Pokémon will be edited in MS Paint to look 'better'.
Blastoise is more of a Digimon than Lucario. If those cannons are bones, than Bisharp's blades are bone, too. Same with Lucario's spikes. Hell, it's even explicitly hinted at with Bone Rush.
