Okay, let's look at Skrelp.

It looks like one of those Leafy Sea Dragons that disguises itself in seaweed/kelp. It also has the appearance of a person wearing a brown hat and overcoat.

The name includes the word kelp. What do you think the name origin of Skrelp is?

What do you think he evolves into (if anything)?

This could be the one, guys. THE poison/dragon pokemon. It makes sense with Fairy type being added. Poison > Fairy and this mischievous mother fucker would make an excellent addition to the pokeverse if it came to be.

I like Skrelp a lot, him and the shrimp are neck and neck for the water spot on my team

But I'd love it if he evolved into a Poison/Dragon type... depending on the stats he could be handy competitively as well, with your opponent having to gamble on switching in their inevitable fairy type if they think you're going for a dragon attack, but risking having them eat a poison STAB in the face.

Of course steel would wall it pretty well but, well, fuck it
