I'm thinking of buying a 3DS for when Pokemon X and Y come out, but I like to use an Action Replay type device to start my games with Charmander instead of the shitty new Pokemon.
So...

Does anyone know if there is an existing Action Replay that works with 3DS Games or if there is one in the works that should be out around the time of the new Pokemon games?

Or maybe just another way to cheat.
