What do you recommend?

I can't decide between Weezing and Torkoal for my defensive wall.
I like Weezing because of Levitate, and it's cool having his big movepool.
On the other hand, Torkoal can learn Shell Smash and Rapid Spin, while still being pretty damn defensive.

Thoughts?
