Depends on what Fairy type attack damages do. They could very easily be strong against ghost types but not very effective on dark types, or vice versa. Or Ghost could just be entirely immune to fairy types, which is what I think will happen. It's too early to tell.

I hope no, so much. They're my favourite Pokemon, I think. Definitely in the top ten.

I think they'll make Fairy super effective against Dark, and not very effective against Ghost.

Hopefully Ghost will be immune to Fairy because they're 2spooky.

The leak says it's SE against Dark. So it's possible. If so then Elektross and its pre-evos will be the only Pokemon without weaknesses.

I wouldn't be surprised. I guess it explains why they had Hydreigon in that Sylveon artwork. Also, I remember sableye getting a lot of focus at one point in the early Sylveon days. What resulted from that?

His focus is in the movie, so we'll see when that movie comes out. I'm guessing he'll get an avolution as well as fairy being SE against dark, so him getting an evolution isn't as broken as people thought it might be.
