Gen III has the best designs tied with Gen I, followed closely by Gen V. All of which will probably fall under Gen VI. Gen IV is the worst. I'd erase it.

gen 3 was a huge let down for me having played Gen 2 and all the content it brought. However Gen 3 helped introduce new mechanics into the game that were fun.
