So, was hatching some eggs in B2 trying to get a larvesta with good IVs, and this guy popped out.

I once had the misfortune of getting a shiny 2 battles in a row. I say "misfortune" because I don't personally like shinies but I seem to find them all the time, and my friends get legitimately butthurt when I find one.

3) In a trade I was initially making just for pokedex, recieved a HACKED! Eelektrik at Level 100. I quit playing for over a month afterwords.
4) I have never seen a non-glitched, non-hacked, non-gyarados shiny. Ever.

Oh, also relevant to thread, one of my pokemons got the pokerus once. I was too young to care, it was just sort of weird. It happened near the power plant, so it must have been silver or crystal.

pokecheck probably is the best way, but I use an IV calculator to get estimates and then use pokecheck if it looks like the ranges I'm getting are good.
