sylveon, for being an eve, will have mediocre stats and will be useless in competion. You know it's true. Same for all the freshly retyped ones, their stats will not allow them to be counter to dragon. We have to hope the newcomers are better and at least one is in the 600 stats range to make that new type relevant, or else we're up for an Ice 2.0, aka a type that is played as a pokemon but as a move type
