I'm gonna go ahead and call it. These will be the best Pokemon games to date. For me everything they have shown us is incredible; the region design, the Pokemon design, fairy type and everything else. So far I have not been dissappointed

I think Pokemon has been getting (more or less) better and better with each gen, so I agree, however I think that XY are taking the biggest step forward too.

pretty much, I was really mad when they compromised the solid 'formula' that they had going from gens 2-4 in Gen V, but wow, everything is so great now, I'm glad they went and expirimented. Also another big thing is it looks like there's a lot more character development, what with the additional 3 friends, rival and the other characters from the scans

I'm so hype about this. The worst thing I can say about the new Pokemon is "I don't like you as much as the other new ones."
The region looks big and expansive and ripe for exploration.
With the new characters I feel like the story will be at least as good as BW
And the graphical update just makes me want the game in my hands right this minute.

inb4 I am horribly disappointed
