I like lizards too but not yellow ones with perfectly spherical heads. I don't mind the ears, I like the concept as well, I just wish he'd evolve into something that doesn't look quite so retarded. Basically I think it's his face that bothers me.

With how you represented you system, it's slightly harder, though your's would serve better for a more accurate display of rankings (which probably has to do with you being more a writer than an analyst, so its understandable).

Compare Krabby, Corphish and this guy. They don't look anywhere near as similar as say Persian, Delcatty and Liepard, or some of the fish, or the generic electric rodents, the worms / butterflies or the rock formations. I suspect they'll do something like they did with the Scolipede line anyway, and make the evolutions significantly different to the similar pokémon from earlier gens.

Chespin looks fucking retarded.
Fennekin is alright along with Froakie.
Sylveon looks pretty bad and I most certainly won't use it.
Pancham is an okay idea with a meh design.
Fletchling/Talonflame are good designs for regional birds, but I still won't use them.
Gogoat is okay. Not nearly as good as many people say it is.
Helioptile looks fucking retarded. I cannot stand that stupid-ass motherfucker. Seriously, I want to fuck him with my ass.
Noivern look retarded.
Clauncher is amazing. Would use.
Skrelp is ok.
Black bear cat thing looks really stupid but will more than likely evolve into something outstanding
Flower looks ok for a grass design, but I don't like grass types.
Vivillion is meh.
Xerneas is meh.
New mew is meh.
Yveltal is my favorite design so far.

IMO there's no really stand out designs for me besides Yveltal. Clauncher is pretty sweet too.

I think so. I've seen it referred to consistently as a lion, and figured the text around it had been translated as "The Fire Lion" pokemon or something, but such may not be the case.

As it is, I'd it bears more resemblance to Shinx and the other regions' cat 'mons than it does to their dogs, but it's possible it could be some kind of anti-Houndoom.

The thing about Furabebe having a big flower is that it's so tiny.
It's the smallest Pokemon ever, smaller than Joltik, so the flower helps see it now that we have battles where size can be seen.
Also, it's possible that each Furabebe could have a different flower, so that'd be neat.

Shinx had smaller eyes, this one just looks too.... hyper? I would rather shrink down some of the facial features and make it look like it's not on crack 24/7. It's an okay base design, but it definitely could have used a lot more work before it was released.

Time to rant.
Starters: Their starters, most likely going to ditch it after maybe when it evolves fully.
New Eevee: Like its design its okay and most likely will use.
Newmew: It's meh at best and could have been designed better, never really cared for legendary pokes anyways.
Xlegend: Sword feet; that is all.
Fairy flower poke: I'm not sure why but its grown on me sense I saw it, will train and bro for a bit.
Ylegend: Looks pretty epic to say something, won't be using it but pretty cool.
Fletchling: Kind of a cool region bird and first one I've really liked, but evolution kind of ruined it for me.
Helicopter Lizard: That fucking face... Not sure why but it just ruined the whole poke for me and hoping for a decent evolution to save it for me.
Kungfu Panda: <--- first thought, second was pretty cool and would train, and third thought I'm naming it L
Gogoat: It's a goat poke, not much to say.
Sonicboom: Pretty cool design I guess but could use more work.
