Yes.

Dealing with Hidden Power is easy as piss. Calculate it the old way for gen 5 transferred Pokemon and use a new algorithm for gen 6 Pokemon. Or they can simply let it change. Either way it's better than no transferring at all just because of one move.

I hope they don't allow us to transfer up. TBH i havent bothered training pokemon on a cart in a while. And with the 3DS not being hacked, all the 4th gen and below pokemon will be hacked. not letting us transfer them up can prevent this.
