I just used a sharpedo in Gen 5 for the first time and found out that it essentially doesn't have the caudal half of its body. It's basically just a shark head with 4 fins sticking out at 90 degrees.
It's artwork/sprite makes it look it's body is just curved behind its head (as if it were in the middle of swimming) and its left pectoral fin looks the tip of caudal fin. I'm slightly disappointed now, because the real sharpedo looks a lot more retarded than what I thought.
