poke'mon noob here, trying to bust some myths

- if i catch a poke'mon who's level 2, and train him to level 100, then i catch the same poke'mon in the wild while he's level 100 (same IV and for both). who's going to be stronger?

- same as 1, but this time i catch the second one at level 99 and raise him to 100, and both of them have the same IV & EV

- i catch a poke'mon and evolve him at lets say, level 10. i take the same poke'mon with the same IV, but instead choose only to evolve him at level 30 per se. will there be any difference in the stats? (again, same IV + EV)

- rare candy a poke'mon is weaker because he dosen't get EV? (pretty sure about it just want to make sure)

if those myths were true at some time and then got changed in the next gen games, can you please also name the time where those changes occured?
