Brock is the only character in the anime I actually which good will upon (ignoring the pokegirls for now): I hope he and Prof. Ivy make up and he ends up really happy as a pokemon breeder.
Cilan is just okay-tier material. Never really does anything and he is sometimes annoying but has a few moments here and there.
