We don't know all the details yet (like if it's a new type of battle we can do against other players etc) except for the fact some npc's will challenge us to them and so far we only known flying pokemon and levitate uses can participate so far.

Make a sky battling team, who know's maybe we can use any pokemon holding a air balloon and when it break's the fall to their death (faint).
