Growlithe, Houndour, and Poochyena are all part of two stage families. Therefore, compared to three stage families, they're like a combination of the first and second stages. Cute but assertive. I think if we're going to compare them to these other families we should be talking about Luxio, Herdier, hypothetical next stage of Litleo(which judging by these trends will be 3 stages), etc.
Are there any three stage evolution lines that feature an aggressive first form?
