Probably not going to happen, as much as I want to believe otherwise. It's going to be even worse than before because we're going to get Snow Shoes which increase your speed 2x in hail and all sorts of other gay weather related shit.

UU is even worse. It's more overcentralized than OU.

Nothing in UU is as prominent as Scizor or Ferrothorn, and Politoed is used more than everything bar Heracross. Plus the fact that permaweather breeds even more similar teams, I can't see how UU could possibly be worse.
