It seems Poison will be SE against Fairy, so no need to do anything.

A Poison/Dragon evo would be nice though.

swords dance is quite realistic since it does have a sword-tail. i don't know why they didn't give it that move in the first place

Needs more coverage thou. I'd say that it needs more bulk, acces to both swords dance and nasty plot and Poison/Dark typing since it would only have a ground weakness.

100 Att and SpA is already good, it needs SD and Nasty plot. Get it a secondary typing that removes it's psychic weakness + give it more bulk. Current BST is 485 so + 40 in Defense would do it good along with either Dark or Steel secondary typing.

Of the 67 extra points, dump 50 in speed and the last 17 in either attack.

Then give it:
Gunk Shot
Fire Blast
Swords Dance
Nasty Plot
Sacred Sword/Superpower/Secret Sword

Slap Levitate or Intimidate on it and call it a day.

Intimidate would be more fitting.
Agree with the rest.
The Sword attacks fit with it's tail so Secret sword would fit best.
