I try to pick a name from either Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts... Cause I'm obsessed. And I always nickname Pokemon that I'm going to use. Otherwise, I feel no connection to the Pokemon. Then it is boring.

Honestly I just pronounce it however it comes natural to me. I only watch the movies anymore so it doesn't bother me when I'm wrong. And I've heard worse pronunciations that are just glaring misreadings of the name.

For example, last night I was talking to my friends about what the sixth-gen incarnation of Mew could be, and one of them kept calling Victini
