Well Sylveon outsped Salamence, who has base 100. Therefore Sylveon has to have either 110 which will tie with Gengar or 130 which means Gengar has no chance in hell of beating Sylveon.

A sweeping moveset is almost a theme for eeveelutions, eh?
On a side note, I feel like the metagame has influenced pokemon stats at GF. They rarely make 'all-around' pokemon like existed in the first two gens. As if they've thought up a metagame role for them as they create the BST's

He was briefly OU in Gen III. Perfect counter to Heracross.
But for weezing to be OU now, he'll need an evo for Eviolite and a better recovery move than Pain Split.

They still make all around pokemon, just not as many. Gen I and Gen II starters were pretty much all-around.
Gen III is when the power creep began. Speed and Offensive stats up the ass.

HP is the most repeated one. 5 eeveelutions have base 65 HP stat. Followed by Atk, 4 eevees have 65 base Atk.

Every stat has been 130 once, except for Sp. Att, which Glaceon has used a second time.
