So I've been playing a bit of Platinum using the Universal Pokémon Randomizer.

I have one simple question (googled for a couple of hours, no solid answer):

How do I make wild pokes become truly random? Using the random setting and both catch 'em all mode and no extra settings, I still seem to find repeat pokemon in the grass.

Is there something I'm missing?
