The trick is the technician bullet punch.

Mismagius wound need priority to hit before it died. Unless they made a fire type priority move and give it to mismaigus it'd be dead.

How come when discussing viability of a lower tiered pokemon, often in its own tier, or slightly higher, do we all start listing off OU shit and assume we're using this pokemon in the most brutal tier? I see it all the time.

Every time.
Mismagius I understand though, it is UU, and can be an OU threat with the right set in the right hands.
But I watch you guys do this for almost everything. It's like you have OU tunnel-vision or some shit. There are other tiers of play you know.

Also, why make a Banshee a fairy anyway? May as well turn Raticate into one too, by that logic.
