Write down the 18 types in a numbered list from most favorite to least favorite.
Second: Make a team using only the types in 13-18. Three must be pure types, the remaining three can be either pure or duel type with the secondary type being that of another of the 13-18 bracket. All Six types must be represented.

The types 5-12 are the eight gyms from your region in reverse order. So Type 12 is the first gym etc.
Lastly:
#1 to 4 are the elite 4's types.
