Too "trying too hard to be cute". Hope their evolutions do them justice. Pancham doesn't pull off the overconfident smirk properly and looks too generic while Litleo is the opposite in having too much going on.

Runner-Ups: I always thought Dusclops could have been way better and I absolutely hate Shiftry's feet. I get the idea but it just looks stupid as hell.
Also Medicham. When I saw its S/R sprite it was fine but then I realized that its face is just hideous which really bothered me after my first point of view.

Probopass. Everytime I see that nosehair I think "Why are you such a pile of shit?" I just can't stand him.
Runner-Ups: Lickylicky is stupid and his pattern doesn't make sense, Tangrowth is a massive bro but his design isn't very creative to be honest, Magmortar must be the worst evolution for Magmar I could imagine, I never liked Wormadam, Ambipom's face and Purugly.
